Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Sawir Studio LLC (“we”, “us”) about the Rindraw app for iPad and this website. By using Rindraw, you agree to them.

Apple's license terms

Rindraw is distributed through the App Store, and your license to use it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement wins. These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple isn't responsible for Rindraw or its content.

Your work is yours

You own the drawings, brushes, palettes and anything else you create with Rindraw. We don't claim any rights to them, we never see them, and you can use, sell and publish them however you like, commercially or not.

Purchases

Rindraw is bought through the App Store. Apple processes all payments, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Files from other people

You can import brush and swatch files made by others. You're responsible for having the right to use them. We don't review, host or distribute files you import or share.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rindraw to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights. Don't redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the app itself, except where the law allows it regardless of this term. The Rindraw name, icon and app design belong to Sawir Studio LLC.

Updates

We may release updates that fix problems or add features. We aim never to change how your existing brushes or drawings behave without asking you, but we can't promise that every future version of iPadOS or every device will keep supporting the app.

No warranty

Rindraw is designed to protect your work, but software and hardware can fail. Rindraw is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. Please keep backups of work that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sawir Studio LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, artwork, profits or revenue, arising from your use of Rindraw. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Rindraw after that means you accept the new terms.
